Candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive, productive, and professional environment for all team members. Looking for 10 plus years experience in the dental or medical field. Please only apply if you have dental or medical experience.
Job Duties:
Greet and check in patients and visitors Answer incoming calls to schedule appointments Maintain a clean and orderly office environment Help in building the practice by marketing Complete daily financial transactions including entering patient records, billing, invoicing, collecting payments, processing payments. Other duties as assigned by management Working closely with the Drs to set monthly goals
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with others in the office staff. Strong customer service skills. Ability to provide excellent customer service to patients and co-workers. Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible in the job requirements. Must have strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while still being organized and detailed oriented. Superior Knowledge of dentistry
