We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. Your primary responsibilities will include managing patient appointments, handling phone calls, maintaining patient records, and providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our electronic health record system Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a courteous and professional manner Verify patient insurance information and process necessary documentation Assist with maintaining patient records and ensure confidentiality Process payments and provide accurate billing information Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Maintain a clean and organized reception areaQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage time effectively A friendly and professional attitude with a focus on patient careWhat We Offer:
