Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist at Buffalo Grove and Barrington offices. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check out patients
• Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong computer literacy
• Some understanding of billing process
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and clerical tasks
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
