  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dental Front Desk professional to join our vibrant dental team.
In this essential role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a wide range of administrative duties. Duties Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures with professionalism and enthusiasm Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle insurance verification processes using Eaglesoft, Nexhealth and Zocdoc Schedule appointments efficiently utilizing dental office management software and multi-line phone systems Collect payments, process medical collections, and handle billing tasks with accuracy Review dental documentation and consent forms for procedures Maintain accurate patient records by filing, updating medical records, and reviewing documentation for completeness and accuracy Assist with intake procedures Skills Extensive experience with dental office management software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT), insurance verification, and health information management practices Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle multi-line phone systems effectively Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations with clear communication skills Prior clinic or dental office experience is mandatory (pay grade depends on experience) Ability to perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document review efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards to protect patient confidentiality at all times Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review and office management tasks Join our team where your energy makes a difference!
