Job Description
Oral Surgery office seeking a Full-Time receptionist. Candidate MUST have experience working in a DENTAL or
ORAL SURGERY
practice, have an outgoing personality, professionalism, be punctual and extremely detail oriented. We are a growing and extremely busy practice that is in need of a candidate that is looking for a long term position. We have 4 locations in Chicago area. Applicant must be able to travel our Archer (Midway) and our South Loop locations if needed. To be considered for this position you must meet the following:DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE
- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication / phone skills.
- Calling and verifying insurance.
- Experienced billing insurances (Dental/Medical)
- Medical billing a plus
- Spanish or Polish speaking helpful
- Strong patient interaction and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must work well under pressure.
