Job Description

Position Type:
Full-Time We are a well-established, fee-for-service dental practice proudly serving the North Shore community. Our office provides comprehensive dental care, including cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, orthodontics, and family dentistry. We are committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience through personalized care, advanced technology, and a welcoming environment. We are seeking an experienced Front Office Administrator / Insurance Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, professional, and motivated to take ownership of daily administrative and insurance responsibilities while helping create a positive experience for our patients. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth Answer phones and manage patient communications Schedule appointments and optimize provider schedules Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients Submit and track insurance claims Follow up on outstanding claims and accounts receivable Present treatment plans and financial arrangements Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records Manage daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy Collaborate with the clinical team to support efficient office operations Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience preferred Strong understanding of dental insurance verification, claims submission, and claim follow-up Experience with treatment presentation and financial discussions Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
