Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information or directing calls appropriately Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using productivity software and Google Workspace tools Handle data entry tasks accurately, including filing, record keeping, and updating databases Support clerical duties such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies Provide customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and maintaining excellent phone etiquette Perform general office management duties to ensure a tidy, organized workspace that promotes productivity Requirements - • Minimum 2-3 years of dental office experience • Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment planning Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently with good typing speed Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and administrative support tasks Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist where your proactive approach and positive attitude will help us deliver outstanding service while advancing your career in office management!
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
