Job Description

Front Desk Dental Treatment Coordinator•Full Time We are a privately owned general dental office seeking a friendly, positive, and reliable Front Desk Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team full time. We pride ourselves on providing excellent patient care in a welcoming, team-oriented environment — not a corporate office.
Responsibilities Include:
Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements Answering phones and assisting patients with questions Insurance verification and coordination Managing front desk flow and multitasking in a fast-paced environment Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive patient experience
Qualifications:
Dental office experience preferred but willing to train Treatment coordinating experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and dependable Friendly attitude and team-player mentality Ability to multitask and work efficiently
Schedule:
Monday & Friday:
8:45 AM•4:00
PM Tuesday & Thursday:
11:30 AM•7:00
PM Saturday:
8:45 AM•3:00 PM We are looking for someone who is motivated, professional, and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Pay:
$18.00•$25.00 per hour
