Job Description

We are a growing, modern dental office looking for a dependable and professional Dental Office Receptionist to join our team. This position is best suited for someone who has experience working in a healthcare, dental, medical, or patient-service setting and is comfortable with phones, scheduling, patient communication, and multitasking in a busy office environment. Dental experience is preferred, but candidates with medical office, front desk, insurance, or healthcare administrative experience are encouraged to apply. We are looking for someone who is punctual, organized, friendly, and able to learn quickly.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phone calls from new and existing patients Scheduling and confirming appointments Checking patients in and out Entering and updating patient information Verifying insurance information and helping with patient forms Communicating clearly with patients regarding appointments and office policies Collecting payments and presenting basic account information Coordinating with the clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly Maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk environment Ideal candidate: Has prior healthcare, dental, medical office, or front desk experience Is professional, reliable, and punctual Has strong communication and customer service skills Is comfortable multitasking and handling a busy phone line Is organized and detail-oriented Learns quickly and works well with a team Has a positive attitude and enjoys helping patients Dental terminology and Eaglesoft experience are a plus Spanish-speaking applicants are highly encouraged to apply

Compensation:
Pay range is $19-$29 per hour , based on experience, skills, and overall fit. The position is available immediately. Please submit your resume for consideration.
