Dental Front Desk/Receptionist

Dental Office is seeking friendly Part Time Front Desk Receptionist and Insurance Coordinator to join our team! . Potential candidates should be warm and inviting with attention to detail, good verbal, written, and phone skills. Previous DENTAL experience a MUST. Schedule Mon, Tues, and Thurs. Key Responsibilities Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits for all patients Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims and pre-authorizations Post insurance and patient payments accurately and manage aging reports Handle patient billing questions and resolve claim denials efficiently Greet and check patients in/out, schedule appointments, and manage the daily flow Communicate clearly with patients and team members to ensure a positive experience Support the front desk with calls, confirmations, and financial coordination Rate of pay based on experience.
