Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a medical receptionist /medical assistant for our new office in Plano, IL . Prior experience with medical office- patient check in , appointments, answering phone calls, insurance verification, vitals and testing for labs. The candidate should be a team player and a keen learner. We offer competitive salary and paid benefits. Bilingual -Spanish speaking will be beneficial. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage patient scheduling, including appointments and follow-ups. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Handle phone inquiries and provide information in both English and Spanish. Process patient information and insurance claims efficiently. Support medical staff with administrative tasks and clerical duties as needed. Triage patient for the provider, weight, height, B.P Keep rooms clean Will train on the job for in office testing, vaccines.
