Job Description

We are a modern, growing private dental practice in Schaumburg seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator / Patient Coordinator who excels in insurance verification and treatment plan presentation . Core Responsibilities:
Greet patients and create a welcoming, professional experience Schedule, confirm appointments, and manage recall systems Verify and break down dental insurance benefits accurately Present treatment plans, explain fees, and discuss financing options Drive case acceptance through clear, confident communication Coordinate patient care and follow up on pending treatment Communicate effectively with doctor and clinical team Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Qualifications (Required): Minimum 3+ years dental front office or treatment coordinator experience Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification, PPOs, and breakdowns Proven success in treatment plan presentation and case acceptance Excellent communication and closing skills Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced office Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude Comfortable with dental software systems
Compensation & Benefits:
