Our team values professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment.   • 2 Duties & Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive experience Schedule patient appointments accurately using EHR systems Verify insurance coverage and perform eligibility checks (including Medicare and commercial payers) Collect and process co-pays, payments, and outstanding balances Maintain accurate patient records and update information in EMR systems Assist with patient intake, including medical history and documentation updates Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and efficiency Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations at all times Coordinate with clinical staff to support scheduling and workflow Maintain a clean and organized front office and common areas, including light cleaning and restocking supplies Demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Previous experience as a medical receptionist or similar administrative role preferred Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems strongly preferred Experience with insurance verification (Medicare and commercial plans) Strong clerical, organizational, and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion (HIPAA compliance) Experience in a chiropractic or physical therapy setting is a plus Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required Benefits Employee discount Paid time off Paid training Retirement plan Why Join Us?
