Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for our patients. Responsibilities Greet patients as they arrive and provide exceptional customer service. Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of the dentist's time. Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Process patient information, including insurance verification and medical history. Handle medical collections and billing inquiries efficiently. Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and follow-up care. Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is preferred. Familiarity with medical collection processes and insurance verification procedures. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance patient communication. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
