Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential for creating a welcoming environment for our patients and visitors while efficiently managing front desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a background in clerical or office management tasks within a medical or dental setting. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service at all times. Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries regarding services. Maintain accurate patient records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Assist with medical collections and billing inquiries as needed. Coordinate with medical or dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the office. Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies. Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times. Experience Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or Dental Receptionist. Familiarity with Medicare processes and hospital protocols is a plus. Strong clerical skills with proficiency in office management tasks. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with patients and staff. Experience in handling medical collections will be beneficial.
