Role:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Front Office Team Member to join our administrative staff. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our practice, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for every patient. You will be responsible for a wide range of front office duties, supporting both patients and our clinical team, and contributing significantly to our practice's success through excellent administrative support and patient care coordination. Key Responsibilities:
(This role encompasses all typical front office duties, including but not limited to): Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out processes, and assist with intake forms. Answer phones professionally, manage inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently. Manage patient communication channels including emails, texts, and voicemails. Verify dental insurance benefits for patients. Create and clearly explain accurate financial estimates to patients. Assist patients with financial arrangements and process payments accurately. Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of insurance claims. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, referring dental offices, and insurance representatives. Maintain office organization and handle general administrative tasks as required. Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative team members to ensure optimal workflow.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental office setting (endodontic or specialty practice experience is also beneficial). Specific experience verifying dental insurance benefits is a significant plus. Familiarity with dental practice management software and general insurance processes. A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic team environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
