Westaff has an opening for an attentive and friendly Veterinary Intake Receptionist. Must be flexible to work afternoons/ evenings and overnight including weekends. Full time
OVERNIGHT
position. Rotating holidays. Pay rate is $16.44 per hour. Do you have a passion for customer service and happen to love animals? If you have experience as a receptionist, you may be interested in our overnight, weekend Veterinary Intake Receptionist position! The Veterinary Intake Receptionist plays an integral role in managing the flow of information between our veterinary staff and clients. Duties include (but not limited to) greeting clients, handling check-ins/check-outs, receiving emergencies at the ER Desk and working with clients in the Admitting Office. Must feel comfortable working mainly alone. If you are a self-motivated, compassionate, positive, and organized individual with excellent communication skills, who enjoys working at a fast pace, and has a passion for Animal Care, apply today! Must be able to sit, pick up carriers & lift up to 20 pounds. Must feel comfortable with all types of animals. Must be patient and exhibit empathy as this is an Emergency clinic and pet parents can be nervous/ scared.
