Job Description

We are seeking a full -•timereceptionist for a busy multi-doctor Ophthalmology practice to work 8 hours a day, with a 30 minute lunch break, Monday thru Friday. The right candidate MUST be a multitasker, detail oriented, flexible and a
TEAM PLAYER
•. Previous experience with Advanced MD software is a plus.

Greeting visitors Scheduling Appointments Correspondence Sorting and sending mail Answering and routing phone calls Typical end time: 5 PM Typical start time: 8:30
