Job Summary We are seeking a professional and dependable Medical Receptionist for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Shreveport, LA. This role is ideal for a candidate with medical front desk experience who enjoys helping patients, keeping office operations organized, and serving as the first point of contact in a busy healthcare environment. The Medical Receptionist will support daily patient flow, appointment scheduling, phone coverage, documentation, and general administrative needs. - Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet patients and visitors, verify information, and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for patients and staff while maintaining accurate calendars.
- Create, update, and maintain accurate records, documentation, and patient information.
- Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and office staff in person, by phone, and in writing.
- Provide general administrative support to help ensure smooth daily office operations. Compensation and Benefits

$14.00 to $16.00 per hour, based on experience.Schedule:
