We at Pioneer Dental are a privately owned dental office in North Billerica, MA, striving to provide efficient, quality patient care in a professional, collaborative office setting. We are looking for a motivated, team-oriented individual to aid with patient check in/out, eligibility coverage and insurance claim processing. Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental scheduling software
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information
  • Maintain patient records and update as necessary
  • Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
  • Provide administrative support to the dental office staff
Skills:
  • Proficiency in dental office software
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and patient care
