Must be an independent worker, highly organized, flexible and deadline oriented. Knowledge of dental terminology is preferable to be able to explain procedures to patients and set up treatment plans. Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. Must be able to initiate and follow up on transactions required resolving insurance problems to expedite payment, which may include writing narratives, filing claims payments and appeals. Must have a good understanding of insurance plans and benefits. We are conveniently accessible to the public transportation. Green line to Copley stop or orange line to Back Bay station.
