No Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist parents and children during patient reception, check-in, and check-out. Schedule appointments and coordinate provider calendars to ensure efficient patient flow. Manage and update patient information in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Verify insurance coverage, process billing, and collect co-pays. Coordinate communication between providers, patients, and families. Maintain accurate records, referrals, and age-specific documentation (e.g., vaccines, growth charts). Handle sensitive legal and custody information for minors with discretion and confidentiality. Support providers and staff with administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in medical office administration or healthcare support. Knowledge of insurance verification and billing processes. Proficiency with the EPIC electronic health record system.

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
