Part-Time Dental Front Desk / Receptionist Robert S. Hutner, D.M.D. Brookline, MA Job Details Part-time 8 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Teamwork Customer service Organizational skills Full Job Description Friendly, established dental practice in Brookline seeking a dependable, personable team member to join our office in a part-time front desk role. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with patients, communicates well, is organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Dental front desk experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong customer service and communication skills.
Schedule Monday:
12:00 PM•6:00
PM Friday:
9:00 AM•6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Additional late afternoon hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (approximately 3:00 PM•5:00/6:00 PM) are available and may be tailored to the successful candidate's availability. There is also potential for expanded responsibilities and additional hours in the future for the right individual. Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients Answer phones and schedule appointments Collect payments Enter treatment information and maintain patient records Perform general front desk and administrative duties Help create a warm, organized, and efficient patient experience Qualifications Friendly, professional, and dependable Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable multitasking in a busy office Dental front desk experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate Dental assisting experience is a plus, but is not required .
