Experienced Dental Front Desk Professional Our established dental office is looking for an experienced Dental Front Desk Professional to join our friendly and supportive team. We are seeking someone who is dependable, organized, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping patients in a positive, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting patients professionally and warmly Scheduling and managing appointments Answering phones and handling front desk operations Verifying and updating patient information Assisting patients with insurance and billing questions Presenting treatment plans and coordinating patient care Helping maintain an organized and efficient daily schedule

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of dental front desk experience preferred Dentrix experience strongly preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes Professional demeanor, reliability, and attention to detail Higher compensation available for candidates with strong Dentrix, insurance, and treatment coordination experience + Signup Bonus We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a respectful, supportive, and long-term dental team environment.
