🩻 What You'll Do-Perform a variety of administrative and front desk duties-Verify patient eligibility and insurance benefits-Coordinate referrals and prior authorizations-Follow up with patients, providers, and insurance companies

• Support billing, denials, data entry, audits, and reports
• Assist the Clinical Manager and Director with daily operations
• Help train new team members and support staffing coverage
