Our team is known for delivering exceptional surgical and non-surgical care in a luxury, patient-centered environment. We are seeking a polished, energetic, and compassionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about creating an outstanding patient experience. As the first point of contact for our patients, both on the phone and in person, you will play a vital role in shaping every patient's experience with our practice. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with confidence. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and understands the importance of delivering high-end customer service with empathy, and professionalism. Every team member contributes to our shared mission of providing an exceptional experience from the first interaction through every stage of care. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently and accurately Become proficient in practice software systems for scheduling and patient communications Welcome and assist patients during check-in and check-out Process payments, and assist with end-of-day reconciliations Schedule follow-up appointments, check schedules for accuracy and ensure all appointments have been confirmed Maintain a welcoming, organized, and comfortable reception area Assist with general administrative and office responsibilities as needed
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and polished demeanor Prior experience in a medical office, hospitality, luxury retail, or other high-touch customer service environment
Preferred:
Knowledge of aesthetic, cosmetic, or medical terminology Experience working in a plastic surgery, dermatology, med spa, or healthcare setting Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and Google suites. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this role is $24.00-$32.57 per hour based on full-time employment. Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. Certain roles may also be eligible for performance-based incentives.
