Per Diem Front Receptionist Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital 150 Flanders Road Westborough, MA 01581 Tuesday and Wednesday 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Holiday and Vacation coverage

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Operate telephone system, route calls, convey messages and provide information to callers as appropriate and as authorized Maintain neat and organized workstations, inventory control of office supplies Greet and direct visitors, update Excel visitor log Complies with all hospital safety and health regulations including emergency management procedure and annual safety re-orientation Treats patients, their families, visitors and other staff members with respect, courtesy and compassion Provide Holiday and Vacation coverage for receptionist staff on an as needed basis, assuring seven day per week coverage

PREREQUISITES

Ability to communicate in an efficient and pleasant manner Must be able to maintain composure under extremely busy circumstances Basic computer skills Previous receptionist experience preferred fMGueUJf4T
