Our busy rapidly expanding dental office in Crofton, MD is seeking a well-organized, professional team player to join our front desk team, full time! Prior dental office front desk administrator experience is a plus. Bilingual ( English and Spanish) is a plus! Our Ideal Office Administrator Candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times Bilingual ( English and Spanish) is a plus but not a must Working knowledge of dental terminology and productive scheduling procedures Experience with fee for service dental practices is a plus Experience with PPO dental insurance plans Working knowledge of productive scheduling procedures Desire to be evaluated by results and motivated to make production goals Proficient in presenting treatment plans and payment options to patients Capable of having a smiling face all day Must be flexible timewise Be mature, punctual, friendly, reliable and a
