JOB SUMMARY

Performs registration and scheduling of outpatient appointments, medical records functions to include release of medical records information. Answers telephone inquiries. Performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties to proactively identify and respond to the needs of the patients, medical office staff and physicians.

REQUIREMENTS

: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills High School Diploma, GED equivalent or High School certificate 1-3 years of experience
