We are looking for a motivated and confident Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator / Insurance Claims Specialist who can create an exceptional first impression while helping patients move forward with their recommended care. Position Overview This position involves front office responsibilities, including patient communication and scheduling, along with treatment coordination and insurance claim submission and follow-up. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, organized, and comfortable discussing treatment and financial arrangements with patients. We are seeking someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating clearly, and supporting patients through their dental journey. Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Duties Greet patients warmly and professionally Answer phones and manage incoming calls Schedule doctor and hygiene appointments efficiently Confirm appointments and minimize no-shows Verify insurance benefits and review coverage Collect payments and manage accounts receivable Maintain accurate patient records in practice management software (Eaglesoft) Treatment Coordination Present treatment plans clearly and confidently Explain financial options and payment arrangements Follow up on unscheduled treatment Coordinate larger cases (implants, cosmetic, restorative cases) Help patients understand the value and importance of comprehensive care Qualifications Comfortable verifying insurance and explaining benefits Detail-oriented and organized Experience with dental software Eaglesoft preferred
