Responsibilities Welcome patients and create a warm, positive first impression Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently Verify insurance benefits and review patient information Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements when appropriate Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts Coordinate patient flow with the clinical team Follow up with patients regarding appointments and outstanding treatment Maintain organized patient records and documentation Support practice goals through exceptional customer service and communication Qualifications Dental front desk experience preferred Experience with Denticon or similar dental software preferred Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid holidays and paid time off Health, vision, and supplemental insurance options
