Medical Receptionist - Must have outpatient medical experience

Please join Our Ophthalmology Practice as a Medical Receptionist - Rockville, MD Are you organized, friendly, and great with people? Our busy two-physician Ophthalmology practice in Rockville is looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to be the first smile our patients see! We are looking for either someone that wants to specialize in check in or check out. What you'll do: Greet and check in/out patients with a warm, professional attitude Answer phones and schedule appointments Handle paperwork and data entry Verify insurance and assist patients with their questions What we're looking for: High school diploma or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in a medical office (required, must have medical office experience). Excellent references and a clean background Stability in your work history (2-5 years at each prior job) DO NOT apply if you change jobs every year or every other year. One must be reliable, responsible & trustworthy
