Job Description

Are you a highly organized and outgoing individual with a knack for creating a welcoming atmosphere? Our small, private orthopedic practice is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our valued patients. At our practice, we believe that exceptional patient care begins with a positive experience from the moment someone walks through our doors. What You'll Do:
Be the welcoming face of our practice: Greet patients warmly, check them in efficiently, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
Manage appointments:
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments with precision and excellent communication.
Handle patient inquiries:
Answer phones, respond to emails, and address patient questions with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain patient records:
Accurately input and update patient information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Coordinate with clinical staff:
Work closely with our doctors and medical assistants to ensure a seamless patient flow.
Travel as needed:
This role requires occasional travel to our other offices for coverage or training.
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual Fluency (Spanish/English): You must be fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with our diverse patient population.
Experience:
Previous experience in a medical office or reception role is preferred.
Exceptional Communication Skills:
You're a clear, concise, and empathetic communicator, both verbally and in writing. Organization & Attention to
Detail:
You can juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
Customer Service Focus:
You genuinely enjoy helping people and are committed to providing an outstanding patient experience.

Adaptability:
You're comfortable with occasional travel and can easily adjust to changing priorities.
Tech Savvy:
