  • We are a fast-paced, busy Women's Health and Midwifery practice seeking an experienced Medical Secretary II to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient registration, check-in, and check-out processes efficiently while providing exceptional customer service in a professional healthcare environment.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register patients promptly upon arrival
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures accurately
  • Verify patient information and insurance details
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff
  • Handle administrative tasks related to patient flow and documentation
  • Address patient inquiries and provide a welcoming atmosphere
