Job Purpose:
The Administrative Clinical Coordinator at
MAINE EYE CENTER PA
is responsible for working closely with patients to schedule appointments, arrange special tests, and reschedule appointments as needed due to physician schedule changes. This role is crucial for providing the support needed to ensure excellent customer service and smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to patients, ensuring a positive experience. Offer administrative support to physicians, facilitating efficient clinic operations. Schedule and reschedule patient appointments, coordinating with physician schedules. Arrange special tests and procedures as required, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Communicate clearly and concisely with both internal and external customers. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Utilize MS Office applications at an intermediate skill level to manage administrative tasks effectively.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Required Experience:
Minimum of one year of administrative experience. Intermediate skill level with MS Office is required.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Ability to communicate and speak clearly and concisely. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. High attention to details and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
