Job Summary Join our dynamic orthodontic team as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, where your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help transform smiles and boost patient confidence! In this vital role, you will serve as the friendly bridge between patients and our orthodontic specialists, guiding patients through their treatment journey from initial consultation to ongoing care. Duties Greet patients warmly, schedule appointments, and coordinate treatment plans to optimize clinic flow Explain orthodontic procedures, treatment options, and financial policies clearly and confidently Verify patient insurance coverage and assist with financial arrangements to ensure understanding and satisfaction Manage patient records accurately, including medical history, treatment notes, and appointment logs Follow up with patients regarding treatment progress, appointment reminders, and post-treatment care instructions Support the dental team by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing equipment, and maintaining a clean clinical environment Assist in administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to patient inquiries, and processing payments Qualifications Prior experience in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare administrative procedures Excellent communication skills to effectively explain treatments and address patient concerns Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with dental or orthodontic office operations is a plus Experience with medical administrative support software is advantageous A positive attitude combined with organizational prowess will help you thrive in this role Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication helps create confident smiles!
