Summary:
The Medical Center Front Office position is responsible for providing exceptional service and administrative duties, in accordance with Company Standards. This role includes assisting in administrative tasks such as answering telephones, greeting patients, and updating and filing medical records.
Responsibilities:
Answer telephones and schedule patient appointments. Assisting with medical records, referral. Greet patients upon arrival and maintain a welcoming, friendly environment. Ensure compliance with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy. All other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
Previous experience in a medical office or clinical setting is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Must be able to legally work in the USA. Education and Certification(s)/License(s): High school diploma or equivalent required. Certification as a Medical Assistant or relevant medical certification preferred. Discover Life at
