We specialize in individualized, hands-on care and take pride in our emphasis on manual therapy paired with a progressive approach—helping patients recover faster and return to what they love. Position Overview We're seeking a friendly, experienced full-time Medical Receptionist to join our Eastown clinic. As the first impression for our patients and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient front-desk experience. We value a work environment that is both fun and challenging, where team members are supported in doing their best work. What We're Looking For Friendly, professional demeanor in person and over the phone Strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate in a diverse environment Excellent time-management skills—punctual, organized, and detail-oriented High-level multitasking abilities Previous office experience preferred Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming patients Manage multiple communication channels, including phone lines, faxes, mail, and email Check patients in and out, collect payments, and verify information Schedule and process all incoming referrals Manage therapists' schedules and assist with medical documentation Perform other administrative and clerical duties as needed.
