Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our vibrant dental team. In this energetic role, you will be the welcoming face of our practice, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional patient service. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced dental setting. Duties Greet patients warmly, verify insurance coverage, and manage patient check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and care Schedule appointments efficiently using dental office management software such as Open Dental. Verify insurance benefits and perform insurance eligibility checks Maintain accurate medical records and documentation review in compliance with HIPAA regulations Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide clear information regarding treatments, billing, and appointment scheduling Support clinical staff by coordinating patient intake forms, medical history updates, and preparing treatment plans in accordance with dental terminology and CPT coding standards Experience Previous Dental Office experience preferred but not required Excellent computer skills including proficiency in dental practice management software is preferred but not required.
