We are the leading PT provider in the U.S. and are in need of a visionary like you to fill our Front Desk/ PT Tech position! Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments. Maintain patient records accurately using electronic health record systems; experience with Prompt EMR is a plus Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized patient files. Assist with administrative tasks such as verifying insurance information and processing patient forms. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and effective communication. Uphold confidentiality standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions. Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support. Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed. Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized. Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care. Skills Proficient at handling incoming calls, phone etiquette and customer service skills. Strong clerical abilities with attention to detail in administrative tasks. Experience in a health, wellness or medical setting is advantageous. Knowledge of medical insurance verification principles is a plus. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Comfortable with computers, ability to handle uploading and downloading files as well as navigating email Competent phone skills Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients and healthcare professionals. Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is a plus. Friendly, professional, and dependable.
