Job Description

Saint Joseph Pediatrics, PLC is hiring a full time medical receptionist. Our ideal candidate will have experience in the health care office and have excellent customer service experience. This position offers a competitive wage and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Greets patients arriving for appointments Verifies patient eligibility and demographics Answer incoming calls from patients Make patient appointments and confirm appointments Imports patient records into EMR Prepares, prints and sends medical records Checks patients out and schedules follow up appointments Obtains referrals Collects co pay Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients Job requirements: Experience in medical office setting preferred Experience with electronic medical health records (EPIC) Desire to work in a pediatric setting
