Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team for the summer and fall seasons. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure Perform efficient and accurate check-ins and check-outs; escort guests when appropriate Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally Handle reservations both in-person and over the phone Maintain accurate guest records and process cash or card transactions Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Keep the front desk area tidy, organized, and welcoming Conduct daily room inspections to ensure quality and cleanliness Assist with minor maintenance and housekeeping tasks (e.g., replacing light bulbs, touch-ups)

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Comfortable using computers and hotel management systems Familiarity with front desk procedures is a plus Why Join Us?
