JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a positive, well spoken, energetic individual who is able to answer telephones and help with minor tasks that might come about in the office. Our competitive advantage is our people, we try out best to invest as much knowledge into our staff. Answer the telephones Assist the Office Manager, and help out the Medical Schedulers Helping out patients understand their concerns and triage calls to the correct person. Help manage patient referrals Scanning documents and properly uploading them to the EMR Sorting out medical documents Returning patient calls Strong knowledge of technology

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must be familiar with all Microsoft Office products Must have a great phone voice Must have worked in a medical office in the past Must be able to multi-task Must be able to be respectable to all staff members Must be willing to take direction High School Diploma/GED
