Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an upbeat, organized and reliable self starter to join our Front Desk/ Administrative team. The ideal candidate will have previous front desk experience in a dental or medical setting. This position will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. Excellent customer is a must. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Business office experience is a plus. This position is required to work from our White Bear Lake location 4x/mo. Duties Check in and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer incoming calls and respond to text inquiries with accuracy, courtesy and in a timely manner Manage pre-authorization submission, approvals and appeals Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in our system Handle correspondence, including emails and mail, with attention to detail Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area Provide additional administrative support and projects as assigned Utilize computer systems effectively for various tasks Skills/Attributes Front desk/business office experience in an dental/medical setting is highly desirable Proficient computer literacy, including data entry and familiarity with office software applications Provide excellent patient service Effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced setting Ability to remain calm in stressful situations Strong communications skills Takes initiative Ability to work independently and as a team Reliable We invite qualified candidates who are eager to contribute positively to our team environment while delivering outstanding service to apply for this rewarding position.
