Dental Receptionist Metropolitan Endodontics At Metropolitan Endodontics, patient care and teamwork are at the center of everything we do. As a respected dental practice, we are committed to providing high quality care in a welcoming and supportive environment. We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, creating a positive and professional experience. You will play an important role in ensuring daily operations run efficiently while supporting both patients and the clinical team.
Schedule:
Full Time, Monday -
Friday Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications:
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of dental front office experience Preferred Skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Experience with dental practice management software Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures
