Medical Receptionist

Description 2 locations open: Como and Arden Hills Both Eye Clinic- Como has central check in. 50-100 patients/day. Greeting patients, answering phones (pretty busy), scheduling follow up appointments. Doing task lists (checking insurance, working referral queue) Arden Hills- Kiosks and helping with those. Also answering the phones, scheduling follow ups, referrals, etc. Skills Epic, customer service experience, medical scheduling, medical reception, Customer service oriented, Medical terminology, Front desk Top Skills Details Epic,customer service experience,medical scheduling,medical reception Additional Skills & Qualifications Someone personable and kind with great customer service experience. As long as they have epic experience. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
