Job description Our growing dental practice is looking for a compassionate, patient-centered, and goal driven Scheduling Specialist to join our team! Position Responsibilities:

Prompt to answer incoming telephone calls Gathering patient information Reserve patient appointments by using process and protocols to productively schedule and maintain efficient provider schedules Determines patient's need for care Contacts patients to confirm future appointments Finishes loop of correspondence between doctor team and patient Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Friendly, professional, and full of enthusiasm Independent decision making and sound judgement Ability to trouble shoot Strong attention to detail and follow through Reliable and punctual Self-Starter Positive attitude, friendly, and compassionate Organized and exceptional time management Flexibility Understanding computer software programs and strong keyboarding skills Our Company Benefits (Regular, Full-Time only): Competitive pay and bonuses 401K Medical and life insurance Work-life balance Continuing education allowance PTO and holiday pay
