We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our primary care team and help create a welcoming, efficient experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, and highly organized, with a passion for customer service and teamwork. In this full-time role, you'll manage scheduling, patient registration, and front-office operations while supporting our mission of delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. This position requires the flexibility to work at either our St. Anthony or Rexburg location as needed. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner Answer a multi line phone system and schedule appointments accurately Verify insurance information and collect copays or payments Maintain and update electronic health records while ensuring patient confidentiality Communicate effectively with medical staff to support efficient clinic operations Provide outstanding customer service to patients and visitors

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Previous customer service, reception, or medical office experience preferred Proficiency with computers Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems preferred Reliable attendance and punctuality Professional, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor Flexibility to work at either the St. Anthony or Rexburg clinic location as needed Why Grand Peaks Medical?
