Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our eye care team. This position combines front desk responsibilities, patient care support, and optical assistance in a fast-paced, welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients with professionalism and care Schedule appointments and manage patient check-ins/check-outs Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Verify insurance and process payments Assist with pre-testing and patient preparation Help patients select eyewear and explain lens options Maintain accurate patient records and office organization Support doctors and staff with daily office operations Requirements Previous experience in an optical, medical, or customer service setting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Experience with electronic medical records and insurance verification is a plus What we offer Supportive and professional work environment Opportunity for growth and training Full-time/Part-time opportunities available If you are passionate about helping people and enjoy working in a professional healthcare setting, we would love to hear from you.
