Full-time•No nights or weekends $18•25 based on experience Webster Kirkwood Family Dental has expanded and currently looking to add a Patient Care Coordinator/Administrative Associate to our team. We are a small privately owned two doctor practice. We offer an appreciable, stable and fun work environment, friendly/ helpful team and of course great dentists. Our ideal candidate would have the ability to multi-task, a fine attention for detail, team mindset and being able to provide empathy and compassion to our wonderful patients.
Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line phone system Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify insurance benefits Prepare patient charts and enter data into software system Check-in/check-out patients Collect co-pays and patient balances Answer patient questions Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients
Education and Experience:
Dental front office, insurance verification, and/or administrative experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must possess excellent customer service skills Good oral and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette Ability to multi-task and work well on a team Good organizational and self-motivational skills Strong attention to detail
